Handling of Personal Information
1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information (Retained Personal Data)
The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:

Please note that if the fee is insufficient or not enclosed, disclosure or notification of the purpose of use cannot be provided.
⑥ Method of Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc. Responses will be provided in writing to the address indicated on the requester’s form.
