Information Security Policy

YOLO JAPAN Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) recognizes that all information assets (including paper media, electronic data, systems, facilities, and know-how) that it possesses and manages are critical assets for its business activities. To respond to the trust of our users, customers, and society, the Company will work on information security on a company-wide basis in accordance with the following policy to protect these assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime.This policy applies to all relevant parties, including our officers, employees, contract employees, temporary staff, and outsourced partners.

1.Management’s Responsibility

Under the leadership of management, we will systematically and continuously striveto improve and enhance information security.

2.Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations.

3.Establishment of an Internal System

We will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security and formally define it as internal regulations.

4.Employee Education

We will encourage all relevant parties to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills and will work to raise their awareness of information security.

5.Response to Incidents and Violations

In the event of an incident or violation, we will respond promptly to minimize damage and strive to prevent recurrence.
