Scope of Job Categories and Other Services Handled
Scope of job categories handled at all company offices:
All job categories (excluding port transportation and construction work)
Geographic coverage:
All regions within Japan
Matters Related to Fees
Job seekers are not charged any fees.
Fees will be charged to employers as follows. The declared fee rate represents the maximum rate, and the actual fee will be determined in a separate application form, contract, etc., agreed upon with the employer.

| Services provided after accepting job applications from job seekers and employers, including job introductions, job matching, and other related services | Success Fee: 100% of the annual wages to be paid to the hired job seeker within one year of employment (as stated in the offer letter, notice of working conditions, etc.) The fee shall be borne by the employer. |
Consumption tax is not included in the above fee and will be charged additionally.
The maximum fee is set at 100% of the job seeker’s wages.
Matters Related to Refunds
Our company has a refund policy in place. Please note that refunds after the start of employment may be subject to separate terms as defined in the agreement between our company and the employer.
If a candidate introduced by our company resigns voluntarily or is dismissed due to their own fault after employment begins (with the joining date as the starting date), we will refund part of the fee to the employer upon request, as outlined below:
Resignation within 30 days of joining → 50% refund of the fee
Resignation within 60 days of joining → 30% refund of the fee
Resignation within 90 days of joining → 10% refund of the fee
Resignation after 91 days of joining → No refund
